A winters tale! A Jewish wedding with touches of vintage, silver, navy and white

Well hello there my dears, I’m am so, so excited to share this gorgeous Jewish wedding with you all today. The bride and groom look so happy and in love and their very talented wedding photographer Olivia Shaw has done them so proud by capturing the magic of their special day beauuuutifully!

Sarah and Toby married on a sunny winter’s day in St Albans, the ceremony was a liberal Jewish ceremony that took part under a gorgeous sunlit canopy decorated with exquisite white orchids. Sarah’s colour scheme of navy, silver and white complimented the crisp winters day perfectly and I adore her pretty Rachel Simpson shoes and the vintage inspired lace wedding gown… *goes off into dreamy dreamy land*

How gorgeous do they look and I just love the emotion from their day?! Enjoy XxX

‘I’d had an image in my head of the type of dress I wanted, i.e fitted, lacy, long and vintage style. I went to a few shops although nothing took my fancy. I tried a few on, as people always say you end up choosing a dress you weren’t looking for. But none of them suited me, and to be honest I felt daft!’

‘When I went to Bridal Rogue Gallery it was a breath of fresh air to me. They had a few dresses that I was actually excited about! My Bridesmaid Emma actually pointed my dress out to me to try on, and thank god I did. It was that image in my head I was looking for, and I loved it!’

‘The processional music was called ‘Eshet Chayil’. It is a traditional Jewish song. The song embraces how important the woman is in a relationship!’

I love their wish tree!

‘We made the tree and tags ourselves. The tags were normal luggage tags that we added ribbon and a stamped pattern to. We bought the twisted willow branches from a Christmas market, and decorated it with silver glitter. Candles and LED lights were used to make it sparkle!’
