Good afternoon ma chérie…
I have a fabulous little shoot to share with you all today, one that will literally make you salivate! French Made is a rustic chic, dessert buffet company that provides beautiful tables of happiness for you and your lucky wedding guests.
These yummy little morsels were styled by the lovely Lau herself {of French Made} and captured by one of my fab new sponsors Carla Thomas, who as you can see has a very special talent for photography!
The lovely Lau had this to say on the inspiration behind her sweet n’ petite shoot…
‘For this dessert table, I wanted to create a French rustic feel so for decoration, I used wicker baskets, old fashion jars, jute fabric and string as feel as raffia ribbon’
The tags and favours were handmade by moi too.
‘For sweets, I chose Hazelnut Petits-beurre bundles, madeleines, Amandines, pine nuts tartlets, mini meringues, biscuit pops and of course, cupcakes!’
‘I used some of the cupcakes as a rose bouquet presented in a plant pot and sprinkled with nuts’
‘I also included cinnamon favours berlingot sweets that I brought back from my last trip to Lille and finally, a two-tier cake and a single tier ruffle one’
Gorgeous huh! I can also happily attest for how yummy Lau’s sweet n’ petite treats really are!! She handmade the pretty little cupcakes for my neon love shoot! {Yes, I’m afraid we couldn’t resist the temptation to scoff them afterwards}
