Afternoon ladies!! Another squeal-tastic bridal shoot to share with you all today! And this super duper cool bridal shoot was shot in Johannesburg, South Africa! Talented wedding photographer Anneli Marinovich has always wanted to style and capture a shoot in her own home town and what an amazing shoot she’s pulled off too. I particularly love the urban backdrop against the girlie bridal gowns and pure white balloons and hasn’t Anneli captured the light beautifully?

What more could a girl ask for?! Oh… only my all time favourite… a glitter confetti finale!!! Enjoy XxX

Words by Anneli: My last shoot in South Africa during March this year was a creative bridal shoot.

I’ve always wanted to do an urban bridal shoot in Johannesburg (where I’m originally from) and I’m very happy to say that the results of this shoot, more than exceeded my expectations! 

I really enjoy being involved in and shooting creative concept shoots and this one was extra special as my first international bridal shoot. 

Situated in the heart of Johannesburg city center, Newtown is a really cool part of town, with graffiti, old buildings and interesting architecture.

I had so much to work with and with the amazing light we had, I was guaranteed loads of glorious lens flare.
