‘Our vision – Blooming Haus, Charlotte Wise Photography and Rachel Dalton Weddings – was brought to life in this magnificent French-inspired Hale Park wedding editorial. Our trio has taken care of the smallest details, from the stationery suite to the show-stopping cake – there were so many thoughtful details that brought this shoot together.
We looked for inspiration in romanticism. To achieve the very French feel of this editorial, we dressed an elegant table with draped silk linens and detailed ornate tableware. A naturally styled display of low floral arrangements and bud vases completed the look.
As for the couple, we opted for timelessly elegant outfits, with our groom in a classic tux and the bride in two beautiful and romantic gowns. We completed our bride’s look with flawless makeup which mirrored the warm hues used throughout the shoot, and effortlessly glamorous hair finished with an array of beautiful accessories.
As for the flowers, the first part of the shoot was very warm but with some wintery elements. We used various types of dahlias, new cultivars of carnations, chocolate and white cosmos, wild carrot, roses and ranunculi, with foraged foliage such as oak and yellow and red raspberries. We warmed up the colour palette for the second part of the shoot and added red roses, burnt-orange amaranthus, foraged clematis, and textured scabiosas. Textures and details were the most t elements of this floral set-up.’
