Wildflower Elopement Editorial in Beautiful Lavender Fields

This elopement editorial is inspired by all things wildflower. Hitchin Lavender provided the most beautiful backdrop for this shoot.

Wildflower Elopement Editorial in Beautiful Lavender Fields

The rows upon rows of purple flower smelt just as gorgeous as they looked. Rebecca Anne Designs provided the stunning embroidered veil featuring all different wildflowers and even a cheeky butterfly.

The Flower Boutique Milton Keynes provided the luscious florals including bouquet, buttonhole and flower crown. The muted pink tones complemented but didn’t draw attention from the wildflower details in the veil. Our bride wore a stunning Maggie Sottero number from The Ivory Boutique. The body had a beaded layer, adding some glam to this boho ensemble.

Anthony T. Hincks once said, “Wildflowers aren’t meant to be cut & tamed. They’re meant to be loved & admired”. You can see the love and admiration in Sammy’s eyes when he looks at Darina. She is his wildflower. Their love grows relentless and unapologetically, like wildflowers bursting through trodden soil. Their love blooms wild, brazen and every bit beautiful.

  1. What beautiful pictures! That veil is stunning and the flowers compliment the softness of the environment so well! Beautiful!

  2. I live in quite a rural area. A natural backdrop adds so much to the images of a wedding. The tricky bit is finding the time to take the bride and groom away for a time to a beautiful field of corn or similar and to capture such stunning images as these. So worth it though.
