Wedding at The Lanesborough Hotel
We married at The Lanesborough Hotel in London. We first visited The Lanesborough in the Autumn of 2021 with my mother for lunch. I was left at the table for a short while and I remember looking up at the beautiful ceiling of Celeste and thinking to myself this would be the perfect venue to get married in. Once David proposed we instantly knew we wanted to have our ceremony and reception at The Lanesborough Hotel.
Caroline Castigliano
I wanted a wedding dress that was timeless and modern. After visiting a few boutiques I decided to have my dress custom-made by Caroline Castigliano. The team at Caroline’s boutique understood my brief perfectly and I was blown away by what they designed. For David’s suit, he chose a white tails suit from French Connection, which was timeless and classical.
Colour Scheme & Theme
Our colour scheme was kept simple with ivory, nude and blush hues. We wanted a theme in keeping with The Lanesborough and our personal style. We went for classical and timeless. The images captured our theme perfectly.
Summer Wedding
We married on Saturday 18th June 2022. We knew we wanted a summer wedding and June seemed like the perfect month to ensure all of our loved ones could be there for our special day.
Photography
After looking through the images we are blown away by how beautiful they look. So many moments were captured that we didn’t see on the day. A wedding day can feel like a whirlwind and you can often get caught up in the moment so working with incredible photographers that are able to capture each moment to tell the story of your day is really special. During the main shoots of the day, Liam and Stam made these moments really easy and fun and the images turned out amazing. We had a few children at our wedding, including our three-year-old and Liam and Stam captured these candid moments brilliantly.
