A dream wedding abroad with a touch of madness and the elegance of fine art style: we wanted to present an a typical couple in the bewitching setting of the city of Lyon, in France!

This rock’n roll wedding-styled shoot was organized by Maryem, a wedding photographer in Lyon and Cécile from Ecrin de Nacre.

Maryem, the photographer, wanted a relaxed and fun rock’n roll atmosphere with a soft colour palette for these newlyweds who are discovering the city of Lyon. She wanted to be a somewhat paparazzi photographer, with a couple having a lot of fun!

The ultimate accessory for this urban rock-inspired shoot: sunglasses! Used to hide the eyes of celebrities, they reveal here the beautiful eyes of the bride while keeping this mysterious side that makes you want to discover more, and makes the whole styled shoot look very fashionable.

We imagined that our newlyweds had decided to get married in France. They didn’t want to be noticed and blended into the urban setting of the beautiful city of Lyon.

A city wedding to transcribe the beauty of their love and the mischief of their childish souls in the middle of old buildings that watch them wisely.

We asked our models to be a playful, rebellious and teasing couple having fun in the streets of the Vieux Lyon and give the impression of being photographed by paparazzi, to give a fun but fashionable atmosphere to this shoot, both elegant and rock’n roll.

This couple who is unleashed in the old streets of Lyon is an ode to love and to the present moment (seize the day!) so that everyone can take advantage of the passing seconds and entrust the memories of these timeless moments of love to the city, which it will still stand long after us.

We chose a two-piece wedding dress, with a split top at the back to reinforce the atypical and rock side of the shoot: no plunging neckline for our bride, well, at least not in front!
