Rock Chick

This Winter we’ve seen brides rocking capes, faux fur shrugs and sequin jackets. However, we adore the thought of personalised leather jackets – a stylish way to wrap up warm on your wedding day! The contrast of black leather looks seriously chic against a white wedding dress. You could also opt for an elegant white leather jacket if you adore a simple, minimalist aisle style. Why not sew ‘Bride’ or ‘Mrs’ on the back of your jacket? Not only will it look cool, it’s a wonderful keepsake of your special day.

Floral Delights

We mentioned floral embroidery in last week’s post, but we’re also loving faint floral prints on dresses and floral appliqué on veils, jackets and even shoes! Floral details are a wonderful addition for a bohemian-inspired wedding day, or if you simply want something slightly different to the norm.

2016 saw subtly-coloured dresses making appearances down the aisle, and it seems this trend is here to say. As far as bridal trends go, this is by far one of our favourites. When it comes to bridal trends we often cover the dress, shoes and jewellery – but let’s not forget about your wedding bouquet! Wonderfully wild bouquets brimming with lots of lush greenery and foliage are going to be adored by brides in Spring 2017. The wilder, the better. Work in natural blooms with heaps of greenery, and you’ve got yourself a truly beautiful bouquet.
