October 2019, Halfpenny London launches the “Songbird” collection, which showcases designer Kate Halfpenny’s love of craft, with each piece being a celebration of creativity and innovation.
The collection prominently features bold, graphic lines juxtaposed with soft, floaty fabrics and trim, in keeping with Kate signature fashion-forward style. With a strong focus on skill and artistry, each piece has been exquisitely constructed using the most sumptuous fabrics and finishings.
By introducing these new pieces into her already extensive offering, Kate Halfpenny continues to pioneer individual bridal styling for brides-to-be wishing to truly express themselves on their wedding day.
As is the case with all Halfpenny London garments, every piece is made in the UK and this collection has given Halfpenny London the impetus and opportunity to push further ahead with the company’s plans for introducing more sustainability measures and to continue to design with a conscience.

It was so perfect and intricate and I was amazed that a bird was able to create such a masterpiece using only its beak.
