Ayesha Redmond-Smith would like to unveil some of her latest designs in vintage contemporary jewellery and fashion. Ayesha was renowned for pushing the envelope throughout her university career, and has now moved on to creating some of the most eye catching pieces possible.
Her newly launched bespoke jewellery company creates bespoke, one of a kind pieces to suit the needs of any bride.
Ayesha specialises in creating bespoke pieces in a vintage style, combining the finest quality materials with vintage fabrics. Ayesha specialises in creating vintage style headpieces, headbands with birdcage veils, hair combs, dress sashes, necklaces and cuffs.
Each piece is put together and sewn by hand, and then finished off with intricate beading.
Each piece is handcrafted using a unique design process which incorporates the bride throughout, thus enabling them to work as a team. This not only helps create the best possible piece, but also to create a stress free supportive environment for the bride.
Ayesha specialises in one-off pieces, this is usually due to the fabrics incorporated in the design process. However similar pieces can be made upon the request of the bride, for the bridal party.
Ayesha stated: “I am passionate about creating pieces with the clients input, I enjoy working as a team thus enabling the bride to have the perfect piece for her big day.
I always strive to create the best possible pieces and I love seeing the bride look at their completed piece and say ‘this is exactly how I imagined it and more’. I love going that extra mile to ensure the bride has the perfect day”.
