This DIY is about as easy as it gets {translation, if I can do it anyone can…} All you need is to collect a few old glass jars whether they’re baby food jars or pasta sauce jars that’s up to you, whatever you have at your disposal. Materials needed: clean glass / food jars (labels removed), paint, and a shallow bowl.

Step 1: Pour out some paint into the bowl – you don’t need much, maybe 1/2 cup or so.

Step 2: While holding the bowl on an angle, dip the jar in, and begin slowly turning the jar as it touches the paint.

Step 3: Sit the jars right-side up to dry. Dry overnight. It’s important to let them dry right-side up first so that no paint drips in the wrong direction.

Step 4: Turn the jars over for a few more hours to let the bottom dry.Pretty little DIY flower jars for your weddingPretty little DIY flower jars for your wedding

See how pretty, easy and affordable this is!! Why not try going a little crazy and getting really creative! Use different paint colours for extra layers or get handy with a bit of glue and some lovely embellishments, maybe sequins or even a bit of sparkle?

Once the jars are ready all you need do is pop in your favourite flowers or maybe even a little candle. Et voilá!! Happy days…

This fab little tutorial was found on Oh Happy Day.

Lots of Love

XxX Sonia

and remember… keep wanting!!
