Good morning my loves! Did you have a fab weekend? Was it a fun filled festival weekend, a nice chilled one or were you busy sorting out your wedmin? I had a lovely weekend thank you very much. The hubs and I enjoyed a ten pin bowling date night. I started off being quite good, but then it all slowly went down hill! Maybe it was the double rums and coke?!
Today’s wedding inspiration is all about rustic shades of plum! I think this shade looks just gorgeous when paired with antique gold, mauve and pretty shades of purple!
Mmmm delicious don’t you think? Purple’s always been one of my favourite colours, so much so, I chose aubergine for my bridesmaid dresses. For something a little different however, why not choose a floral bridesmaid dress? The bride in the image above chose to wear a floral bridal gown instead of a traditional wedding dress! I’m loving her attitude, and her style!
Darker shades of plum look incredibly striking. To keep it romantic, add a touch of blush, and if you’re wanting a contemporary wedding style, how about adding some on trend metallic shades, like copper or bronze?

I absolutely adore both of these bouquets! They have such a whimsical feel to them.
