Today’s wedding inspiration comes from one of the most abundant minerals in the world. Quartz!
These super pretty crystals come in an array of natural varieties from the beautiful and romantic rose quartz, the pretty purple amethyst, the understated smoky quartz to the earthy citrine quartz.
Renowned for their healing properties, quartz crystals also make an ethereally chic addition when it comes to the styling of your big day! The mood board I’ve created today is inspired by a rustic and organic aesthetic…
You can of course have a punchier vibe with a striking purple palette of amethysts… These amethyst inspired cupcakes are amazing.
Or perhaps you’re more inspired by romantic rose quartz, after all it is known as the stone that channels unconditional love!
If you’re an understated kinda gal, smoky or clear quartz might be your thing?
And for the rustic loving ladies – the earthy tones of citrine might be pleasing? Personally though, I love them all.
My favourite ways of incorporating quartz crystals into your wedding are definitely in the table styling. Use raw quartz rocks or striking geodes to make pretty displays and even decorate your cake.
I’m currently obsessed with quartz inspired headpieces too. You can purchase the beautiful gold leaf and smoky quartz headpiece via Mignonne. Or perhaps you love the smoky quartz and silver headpiece?
If you’re looking for a colour pop then these agate slices are gorgeous!! I love how they’ve been made into a table seating plan…
