An Italian Addiction! Rome Engagement Shoot: Patricia & Fabio

Patricio & Fabio captured their passionate romance in the city of Rome in a gorgeous engagement shoot. We can’t wait to hear all about their love, engagement and wedding plans…

We met in our native town… Anzio, a beautiful town on Rome’s seaside. We have been in the same group of friends for 4/5 years, but at first, we did not give so much attention to each other.

Then something special happened and we began to speak more and spend more time together.

Our town is little, and at first, many people did not want us to be together. I don’t know if it was envy or whatever, but we did not notice that and we continued to spend time together.

We found in each other what we were looking for in the world. We found the perfect half to share our happy moments, bar days, ambitions and goals.

From that day, we have supported and loved each other every day – knowing that we are part of something special.

The proposal happened near the Colosseum in Rome. There is one of the most exclusive rooftops in the city. I invited Patricia for a dinner. I told her that I wanted to make a special dinner to celebrate my new work but it was not true (she always tells me that it was the best lie in the world).

After the main course a waiter shut down all the lights and he came out with a bottle of French champagne. I got down on my knees, the song “Ribbon in the Sky” by Stevie Wonder started and I said…” being here with you it is not a coincidence…be with you forever will be my dream, Patricia… will you Marry me?

She started crying and she said “you are crazyyyyy… I WILL”.

We are marrying this month in a big cathedral in Rome. We are organising a big party in a marvellous villa in Rome. 200 people more or less… fish, champagne and good music!!

We want a young party…. everybody will dance and have fun. We want to create a ‘club’ atmosphere. It’s our special dayyyyyyyyy…

We knew it was love when…

Some people search their whole life to found what I have found in Patricia, so I knew it was love when I realised that I will put her above everything in my life. She will be my reason to go on and do everything as best as I can.

I am much more me when I am with Fabio – everybody has an addiction, mine just happens to be him, so I knew it was love when I realised for the first time I found someone who treats me as I am the most important human being in the world, that’s when I knew.
