The French Riviera is one of the most glamorous destinations for a wedding.

The colour of the sky on a sunny day, the rosy-gold sunset, the sound of the sea, the charming and subtle beauty of the olive trees, the enticing scents of citrus and flowers: this is the unforgettable atmosphere captured in this romantic shoot on the French Riviera.

The venue was the Hotel Royal Riviera, ideally situated in Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat, with its elegant, sophisticated interiors and beautiful gardens overlooking the sea.

The bouquet was simple, elegant and timeless: the perfect choice for blending in with the wedding dress rather than overshadowing it.

Lanterns, cream peonies and lemons were waiting for the bride in the Orangerie.

The colour palette takes inspiration from summer flowers with some shades of yellow, honey, peach, cream and gold. Decorating with this happy hue is like letting the French Riviera sunshine in.

For the outdoors ceremony a decorative “Provençal” style window opened onto the blue sea as the focal point. This was in the weddings signature colours.

The view from every corner of the restaurant was breathtaking and the table’s décor was many little bouquets in a soft nuance of gold and silver vases, sophisticated candleholders and flowers garlands. Fresh fruit was also mixed in with the flowers for an alternative look.

The centrepiece was the single most important design element in the reception space. More than any other detail, they created a wow factor for when guests walked into the room and they were then viewed at eye-level once everyone took their seats.
