Emerald Green & Lavender! Beautiful Vow Renewal in Italy: Nadja & Albino

Our beautiful wedding venue was Villa Pianciani in Spoleto, Umbria/Italy.

We chose this venue because it is a very romantic place and we (including our guests) could spend all 4 days there (this was important as people were coming from Austria, Sicily and other parts of Italy).

Even the chapel is behind the Villa, so we had the celebration, parties and all the leisure time with our friends and family in the same area.

I wanted my wedding dress to be romantic and at the same time elegant, but I hadn’t clear ideas about how it should be exactly (I even tried coloured and short wedding dresses).

But when I found this one, it was love at first sight.

Our day was a renewal of our marriage, so we called it “festa dell’amore” … “celebration of love”.

Our bridesmaids were my husband’s daughters, Sofia and Lea and our best “men” were our two sons, Leonardo and Michelangelo.

We walked into the chapel together with our four kids.

Lavender is one of my favourite flowers and essences, so you can find it on our invitation cards and also in every decoration detail. It was combined with other herbs, such as rosemary and so on…
