This wedding shoot was inspired by Magical Mermaids, the sea, pink sea salts and beautiful textures!
We used Himalayan pink sea salts and salt candles to add texture to the styled table setting and a large clam with pretty spring-fresh florals. We also created a head crown from seashells, pearls and natural gemstones… Rather than using sea blue colours we wanted our mermaid to swim in a sea of pretty pinks!
The floral hoop backdrop was created to emulate an under the sea kind of vibe…
Our beautiful model Lauren is from the Cook Islands and made such a beautiful and unique Mermaid with a little help from our fabulous hair & makeup stylist.
The beautiful stationery and handwritten calligraphy was such a pretty little touch too we think…
And the gowns from Vivian Tung are of such unique & intricate detail and everything was captured so beautifully by the wonderful David from We Are Origami.
