A Merry Kissmas Wedding Elopement

Styled Inspiration

Happy Christmas lovely couples-to-be! We are delighted to share this elopement Christmas styled shoot at the romantic Castle Westenhanger in Kent. With a fun, classic TR6 sporty getaway car and a bring-your-own Christmas tree, you will want to elope to Kent on your little big day.

Christmas is such an exciting time of the year to marry. So, add an elopement into the mix and this small festive, intimate styled shoot is a total feast for the senses! At E-lope, the team have decked the castle, dressed the table, and created an indulgent, celebratory wedding for just two – although you can invite up to six guests if you want your nearest and dearest to join you for a bijou, fun, festive, family lunch prepared by a multi-award-winning caterer.

The Colour Pallette

The colour palette was inspired by crisp white snow, deep evergreen natural and faux foliage, and a Christmas tree motif, which perfectly conjures the spirit of Christmas.

Bridal Style

Rose’s wedding dress by With Love and Lace Bridal was handmade separates, ethically produced, and to keep off that winter chill a feather clad robe. In her hair a floral crown, and makeup by Pretty Please by Katie, all followed the colour palette, to give us a modern ice queen.

Decor

Exquisite calligraphy escort cards, with vintage velvet ribbons, complimented the foliage centrepieces, all loosely arranged around the luxury cutlery and crockery. The chairs were elevated from merely functional to festive features. Set in front of the Castle’s festively adorned open roaring fire, with flickering candlelight not only on the table, but also from the adapted lights all set in a cascading floral chandelier, this shoot a has cosy, relaxed, personal, and informal, yet glamorous feel that takes winter minimony weddings to a whole new level.

Festive Florals

The outside of the Castle was decorated by the accredited Mimi Fleur Florist, with a large homemade, festive wreath, and the porch adorned with Christmas baubles and natural decorations. This made for the most magical backdrop for the arrival of the wedding car, with the couples very own real Christmas Tree strapped to the top. We love it!

Cake

The magnificent wedding cake blanketed like snow, and exquisitely ‘wrapped’ in delicate rice paper was created by the multi-award-winning luxury bespoke cake designer Cobi & Coco and was served alongside festive chocolates and a fruity pavlova, all dusted with icing sugar ‘snow’.

A massive thank you to the talented team below who created this luxurious Christmas micro shoot. This new kind of sensual glamour is perfect for couples who want an epic minimony, without cutting back on style, at the most wonderful time of the year. Leaving us just to wish you the most perfect of Christmas elopements!
