Nicole and Rob set up a pizza date in Nicole’s neighbourhood on the night before her 28th birthday. Nicole kept her expectations low, as she thought she’d be home early that night. But as fate would have it, they made their way to a local cocktail bar and rang in Nicole’s birthday on the rooftop — sealed with a kiss.

Many milestones were shared in 2020 for the couple, which included adopting a pup, buying a home on Long Island, and also getting engaged. Rob proposed at home with a stuffed dog bone that read, “Will You Marry My Daddy?” as he got down on one knee in their living room.
An idyllic winery in Upstate New York offered the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley for Nicole and Rob’s wedding day. The couple focused on a minimalistic approach, knowing the rolling hills and apple orchards of Nostrano Vineyards would create an exceedingly lovely backdrop.
The couple’s ceremony was held underneath a large willow tree with a gentle stream in the background. They designed custom popcorn boxes that served as wedding programs. Guests served themselves popcorn before the ceremony began and took their seats on the lawn. Moving indoors, a simple combination of string lights and greenery filled the barn and hung from the wagon wheel chandeliers.
Noteworthy moments included their floral wall with neon signage and a delightful wedding cake with a sparkler cake topper. Dreamy photos of Nicole and Rob were taken along the vineyards while the pair enjoyed a sunny stroll through the farmland.
