My dress is a sweet heart ballgown with very long train. Made in Ivory taffeta, it is very plain ( a little folding on the boddess) and will be worn with a bolero tucked in to look like sleeves, this will come off in the evening and a sparklie belt added
My dream dress is lace, not too fitted (so not to show a few lumps and bumps!) and most if all comfortable….fitting with our city wedding and allowing me to relax and feel comfortable all day!
Hope I win, I need al the help I can get!! haha.
Forgot to describe my dress, It’s a big secret- only 3 people have seen it. But it’s the most beutiful dress in the world and gives my butterflies everytime I think about it!
Gorgeous!
Lace, train and straps- absolutely cannot do strapless dress- this would be perfect!
My dream dress is a two piece bespoke corset with crystals with a big taffeta flower dress beautiful!! X
My perfect wedding dress (in summer 2014!) will have a full A-line skirt which will float out when I twirl & have a high neck line. I call it the ‘Audrey’ neckline. Sleeveless. Plain. Perfect. Less is more. Can’t wait til I find it!!
I’m also wearing Jenny packham!

Beautiful! What a fantastic giveaway, too. Good luck everyone!
Bootiful looks really nice
A very retro white 50’s style halterneck wedding dress, with a hot pink net petticoat (to match my hair) and heart shaped neck line. Made by my epic mum of course. All topped of with some irregular choice shoes, a rockabilly hair style and awesome accessories to tie it all together :D
Gutted I missed this!!! One of these would look perfect with my dress, im wearing Claire Pettibone Queen Annes lace with a low back and its all floaty and vintage lace – so I really do need shapewear too! xx
Thank you so much everyone for your entries. I’ll be in touch soon with the winners and also see if shapewear.co.uk could offer you brides who didn’t win a discount. Sonia XxX
Oh Sonia I have just bought this gorgeous Alessia dress too!!! Amaaaaazingly beautiful eh?? Will def be buying this underwear, thanks for the link x
Yay! I loved my wedding dress. The shapewear I wore was a pair of shorts that needed a couple of stitches in the back to make it dip like the dress does :) XxX When is the big day Debbie?
Hello!
That’s quite handy to know – I was thinking about a backless swimsuit style shapewear with cups et al but couldn’t find any in my size so shorts sound a lot easier!
I’m also on the search for a cosy faux fur wrap so whilst sitting out in the summer sun I am playing about with fur samples as I have found a website where I can have one custom made. The neighbours must think I am mad…
Our date is 12th April next year so I’m hoping for lots of spring daffodils and wee lambs to go with our Scottish castle and mountain side reception venue. Can’t wait! x
