Hello lovelies, you are in for a real visual treat today as I’m sharing a wonderful botanical inspired wedding shoot!
Full of gorgeous, luscious foliage and unusual greenery, this shoot features sumptuous cakes and sweet treats dripping in passion-fruit and topped with yummy figs. I’m in love with all the styling too which includes heaps of medicine bottles, rustic potted plants and all those kinds of things you imagine laying around a greenhouse.
You’ll be super inspired by the beautifully illustrated botanical wedding stationery and table seating plan as well as the stunning top table arrangement. Beautiful.

I have been pinning green, lush pins for about a year now. I’m loving the movement from florals into foliage and oversized and impressive greenery being worked into weddings.
When I saw the Orangery at Stradsett hall with the walls scaled in plants and huge potted plants lining the doorway I just knew I wanted to create something magical there.
I pulled together the most amazing set of Norfolk Suppliers to help create my botanical vision – With lots of eclectic Little Lending props I created lots of bases and pockets of interest in the Orangery. From a foliage heavy table top created by Flower 30 I dotted through medicine bottles, log blocks and brass candles to add shine.
Our model, Anna wore dresses by Katrine Morgensen with slim silhouettes and sexy low backs. Hair and Make-up was natural for the first look with soft locks and gentle, subtle make-up tones.
Kirsty at Zany’s Boutique then created a textured fishtail with white berries tucked through for a new take on floral hair crowns.
The bouquet by Flower 30 was big and bold. A mix of palm leaves, hellebore, allium and colourful deep red tails of Amaranthus. Twigs of plums, asparagus ferns and leather leaves were also worked into this. White fluffy cotton heads made a welcome new texture too.
Vintage copper hair accessories finished the look from Melissa Morgan Designs. Ezme added a bold lip colour and winged liner for a little more glamour.
We created a foodie ladder with delicious sweet treats by Stradsett Hall, fig and blackberry tarts, cherry macaroons and rose and pistachio meringues. The Little Lending Co’s festoon lights we’re strung over the ladder and a back drop of wire lamp shades we’re used nestled into the green.
Buns of Fun created a delicious stacked semi-naked cake, with fresh figs, berries and lots of foliage for a natural and rustic look.
Mimolo stationery made hand illustrated escort cards which I hung onto an old door from the range and added Menu cards to our table top.
Amy captured the spirit of our botanical styled shoot so perfectly and naturally.
So many crazy pretty botanical details to fall in love with! Are you in love with this trend for luscious green foliage and earthy rustic styling? I know I am.
Massive thanks to a wonderfully talented team for sharing this beauty with the WTW blog. Mwah XxX
