The Wedding Gallery, the world’s first and only upscale wedding department store, located in Central London, has announced a collaboration to showcase the debut bridal collection of US designer Danielle Frankel.
Danielle Frankel Studio was established in 2017 in New York City. The launch of the company was spurred by Frankel’s experience working as a designer at both Vera Wang and Marchesa and reflects a modern bride; respecting classic tailoring and fit. The company supports the New York City Garment Center and is produced exclusively in the United States.
The exclusive collaboration will see The Wedding Gallery hosting a trunk show from 22nd – 27th March 2018, with Danielle on-site for a limited number of fittings by appointment.
Brides will be able to book an appointment to view the collection by visiting The Wedding Gallery website and clicking ‘What’s On’. Alternatively they can call +44 (0) 207 380 1699 or email [email protected].
In her debut collection, Danielle Frankel brings traditional tailoring to brides. Pairing silk-wools woven in Italy with unexpected cottons from Japan, she creates a fresh yet formal look.
Silk scarves with lace trim and chiffon T-shirts allow the customer to have styling moments within the collection and add playful accents that carry beyond the wedding.
Embroidered laces are at maximum vibrancy, heavy and rich, sitting alongside classic Chantilly laces with warmer undertones. The styles are handsome yet feminine, and powerful yet understated.
Behind the collaboration is White Dossier, a new to market bridal styling and concierge service that will support The Wedding Gallery in giving brides-to-be the very best in fashion-forward advice for their engagement, wedding and honeymoon wardrobes.
