This is the story of Hungarian sweethearts Fruzsi & Dávid – their wedding day was a small and intimate elopement followed by a sweet bistro love shoot.
Fruzi wore a pale gold Makány Márta wedding gown accesorised with an eco-friendly statement headpiece and held a floral bouquet made up of pinks, lavender and peach.
Fruzsi and Dávid met 5 years ago on a holiday and felt this love was meant to be last forever. Fruzsi is 23, Dávid is 27 but it was out of the question they would marry one day, and that day came this summer.
Only a few friends and their closest relatives were invited to celebrate the big day. Fruzsi loves everything that shines so that’s why she chose a golden skirt with a beautiful crop top by Hungarian fashion designer, Makány Márta. Her headband is a special piece of the Eco Couture Collection by Deborah Lindquist.
Dávid had an extraordinary modern outfit with an off-white leather jacket and a burgundy shirt-trousers combination. Their friend, Zsófi provided her little cafe for the photoshoot.
It’s called Le Petit Bistrot and feels like a little Paris in the heart of Budapest. The vintage atmosphere of the place was exactly what Fruzsi was always dreaming of. The pastry was made by Fruzsi’s mother and her friends tied it up with some beautiful silk ribbons.
It’s a Hungarian tradition that the married couple has to eat pretzel, which with the ribbons symbolizes eternal love. Her flower bucket was made of organ because this is Fruzsi’s favourite and different colourful roses by the Triumvirágos. The fragrance of this bucket was unbelievable.
In the beginning the parents wanted to dissuade the couple from an early marriage, but after taking a look at these wonderful pics and knowing how much they love each other, no-one can deny they are the perfectly in love couple.
